Chicken stir-fry of vaguely Japanese character

My home fellowship held a mission night yesterday which was accompanied by food from around the world.

I brought a stir-fry I had cooked which was of vaguely Japanese character. The smell did remind me of Japan, but maybe I was just recalling some of the food I cooked myself while I was there.

The most Japanese ingredient I used was of course Miso. I would have liked to have put some Sake in, but I did not have any. The closest thing we do have in taste is sherry, so I put some of that in.
