Lifestyle change

I got some of that antiseptic gel that they use in hospitals. The stuff that you wash your hands with without soap or water.

Believe it or not, I am not a germaphobe. I dont actually worry much about germs. But maybe I should. I think this stuff is probably more effective at cleaning your hands than soap and water.

Hand sanitizer!
Love the stuff!
I have a bottle in my purse at all times.

Excellent idea.

They had small bottles, but I just went for the larger one.

My attending faculty physician today mentioned on rounds that the alcohol-based hand sanitizer is actually more effective than soap and water. His specialty is infectious disease so I have to assume he knew what he was talking about. With the amount of bad stuff out there, it doesn't hurt to be a little germaphobic. Just this week I have seen patients with tuberculosis, hepatitis C, HIV, MRSA, and VRE. Hopefully, I can finish my schooling without catching one of them.

It's good to have if you have babies and small children to take care of.

Ryan, I dare say.

TK, I guess that is why they use it in hospitals.
